‘Easy Care Systems’ refers to the trading name Easy Care Systems Limited, registered in England and Wales.

How we use the information you supply to us

How we protect customer information

Data Protection Act mailing list consent and retention of information
When you first make an enquiry of or buy a product from our website or over the phone, your details will be placed on our mailing list. You can click the box on the website to confirm if you do not wish to receive any information (by post, email or SMS text message) or you can confirm this to us in the telephone call.
We are obliged and permitted by law and regulation to retain certain types of data for a minimum period of time. The minimum period of time tends to be for six years but can be longer if the statute or regulation requires.

Please detail the information you wish to see providing dates if possible enclosing a cheque for £10 made payable to Easy Care Systems Ltd to cover administration charges. Please note that we will not administer subject access requests by a third party unless accompanied by written authority of the individual who is the subject of the request.
